Dumbell
By downloading, installing, or using Dumbell ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dumbell offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
New users may receive a limited number of complimentary AI uses (for example, up to 3 analyses) before a subscription is required. Free uses may be tracked per device and may not carry over between devices. Apple may also offer an introductory free trial for the subscription itself; terms shown at purchase control.
All purchases are handled through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via your Apple ID account or the App Store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal fitness tracking purposes.
Your workout data is stored locally on your device and synced privately via Apple's CloudKit. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Dumbell is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. AI-generated training insights and workouts are informational and do not constitute professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
